I really like the food at Rosa's, but the one on knickerbocker when you go thru drive thru or call, always have to go back because they do not give me everything. This time no Queso, got the chips.
Staff was rude and uninviting, food was mediocre at best. Do not recommend, but while you're looking for a Mexican restaurant, Hidalgos and Mendez Cafe are both incredible
Couldn't believe it, it happened again the lady that makes the sweet tea on Knickerbocker is just mean. I'm sure it's not her only job but they have two tea urns holding multiple gallons each maybe even 5 gallons each. And they always run out of tea regardless of whether they are busy or swamped or sitting around polishing silver ware there is no excuse for the way she handles it. WE'RE OUT OF SWEET TEA JUST SIT DOWN AND WAIT IT'S GOING TO TAKE A WHILE! !!!!! Now wait the tea is brewed the sugar is measured stir it up and get out of the way and stop screeching at customers. It wasn't just me it was every person in line for sweet tea and anyone that walked up. I bet if she worked for tips she'd change her attitude.
I was out of state. I was up north and I needed my Rosa's as soon as we came back to Texas. I just love everything about the beef dinner plate. The beans, the rice, the mouth watering fajitas and the flour tortillas are absolutely the best. Based on food taste I would give it 5 stars. But is it me or are the fajita portions shrinking and the prices are getting fatter? A dinner for 4 came out to $80! That's how much we pay when we go to a steak house. So right now I have mixed feelings. The same dinner for 4 we used to pay $50 and that was with solpapillas.
