Food is always good, but the wait is long, and rarely has shake flavors aside from vanilla.
Incompetent teenagers that didn't know how to get an order correct, let alone actually get customers through a drive through. Probably the single worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant in a long time. I choose the drive through for convenience. Not to wait 20 minutes just to get to the window to find out the order wasn't right anyway. The one on Sherwood is 1000x better, they hire people that can do their jobs.
I asked for a #22 without meat and the guy seemed confused. I waited 10 minutes for a sandwich, old hash browns, and an orange juice. This is my first day in Texas from California and I have to be honest. Whataburger has the best breakfast sandwich that I had from a fast food joint. My friends are asking me if it’s better than our precious In N Out. If the hamburgers are as good as their breakfast sandwiches then I’d say yes.
Rosa greeted warmly. We ordered quickly. Food came out quickly. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Great time. They keep it clean.
Honestly it is hit and miss with speed of getting your order. Weekday breakfast is usually quick, weekend at typical busy times can be a long wait. Rarely have an issue with incorrect food
