This is truly a 5 star Service department where Tim the service manager goes the extra mile to accommodate his customers, I leave early and return late to town because of my job,but Tim waited an extra 20 minutes so I could pick up my truck after the service department normally would be locked up and everyone long gone! I really appreciate the way the people here make you feel like family and go above and beyond to help in any way they can.This is the 4th truck I have purchased from All American,and it won't be the last! Service Manager Tim McFadin and service writer Johnny Hernanadez did everything possible to make a very painful transmission experience oh so much less so. When my daughter's car experienced a sudden loss of shifting while she was visiting friends in San Angelo, they took in the car, diagnosed a transmission failure at 38K miles, just 2 months out of warranty. The cost of repairs would nearly be the value of the car, but Mr. McFadin was able to work with the manufacturer and his dealership to share the costs of repairs and bring the cost down to a very reasonable expense that was affordable. They provided her with a new vehicle to drive for two weeks while the parts were ordered and the vehicle repaired to working order. I feel this dealership went far overboard in providing great customer service, great workmanship and professional fairness in representing the Chevrolet brand. Thank you for all that you have done to make our life just a little bit better.
Corey Wright is the best salesman at the car lot I would recommend him to everyone. He was understanding on how we wanted to keep the payment down and he made it work for us.
