Terriable service when getting my oil changed and tires rotated. I called and made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. When I showed up I repeatedly told them I need my tires rotated. An hour later I pick up my truck and the oil is changed but tires are not rotated. They told me they would get them done right away. I sat and waited for Almost two hours. Last time I checked it does not take that long to rotate tires especially when they tell you they will push your truck in front of everyone else's. Dont make the same mistake I did go somewhere else for service on your vehicle!!
My wife and I have been visiting and speaking with Lawrence about Jeeps and we stop in from time to time. He has treated us with kindness and respect. It’s possible that we could be owing a Jeep in the near future.
I get home and look at the paperwork in depth and the tech made recommendations for a GAS TRUCK - mine is a diesel. The person who helped me pick up my truck advised that there were no recommendations made - wrong again. For an almost $70K truck these guys act like you brought them a 1990 Tempo...

The service department is a joke. Every time I have had an issue with my vehicles it is never fixed the first trip. It is always several days until they even look at your car. Save yourself the hassle and find literally any other repair shop in town and you are sure to have better luck. I ask to talk to the manager and they don't have a service manager, so I had to talk to the general manager. After talking to him he had to do some digging into the situation and had the service advisor call me back to say that I probably won't get a other call until the next day. There are several hours left in the day still.....

I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. I have problems every time I come in for service and nobody seems to care. I paid almost $1,000 for a maintenance package on my diesel and I regret it every time I come in. I had an appointment for an oil change this morning and when I got there I explained to the service advisor that I needed air in both the rear tires and needed an oil change. I advised him at that time that I would be leaving in the morning for about a 2,000 mile trip. They call me for pickup and I get there and I had to ask for a copy of paperwork, none was provided. The inspection stated all tires were "green" at greater than 6/32 measurements. Wrong. My back tires are in need of replacement and I knew it. They are bald as can be. When I asked the advisor about it he told me that "the tech must be having a bad day" and he's been making mistakes for the past week. This doesn't exactly give me a warm fuzzy feeling abothe service performed. I expressed my concern to the advisor and asked if the tech even performed the oil change and the advisor couldn't answer me. I get in the truck, tire light is still on. Both back tires are OVER 15 LBS LOW!!! This is a huge safety concern! My maintenance reminder was not reset, the sticker in the window was not replaced, and shortly after leaving my low washer fluid light came on!! What did they do with my truck?!
