So lets see, I cant say enough good stuff about my experience with "The Bass Bunch". Cody Eisenbach was my sales rep and right from the start I knew he was a go getter. I pulled up in the parking lot and he literally came running over and introduced himself. I told him what I was looking for and my financial status, or better put, what I could afford. He pulled no hidden cheeky sale pitch's, showed me a few cars within my range and let me have a gander. I liked the fact that he told me everything about each and every vehicle I was interested in knowing about, he was very knowledgeable. I settled on a New 2015 Nissan Versa Sudan, even liked the color, a charcoal grey. We went into his office and started running numbers, and a few hours later, Wha-La,,,were driving away in our new car. One other thing, this was a surprise for my wife, she was still working, and I needed to pick her up but the spadework wasn't completed yet, Mr. Cody then offers to pick up my wife, drive her to the daycare where our 4 yr old is, pick her up and bring them both back here to the Dealership, These are good people and I say that sparingly, in other words, I don't say that about too many people. So in closing, I would like to personally thank Cody Eisenbach and the rest of "The Bass Bunch",,,,I'm a very happy satisfied customer and will be back if we buy another. Thanks again.
So rude , I'm preapproved and part of the Nissan family , he did everything but tell me to take my business somewhere else . I'm going to drive out of town to another dealership.
Worse service place ever. I am here right now brought our 2003 Nissan 350z and paid 1200 for them to replace some "coils" then they wanted to charge me 1500 more for some pc computer chip. I said nope I will be picking it up. I just blew 1200 for my car to still not run and me and my husband are have to put it back on our trailer and these people can't even help. Like seriously this is the worse service ever!! I regret ever calling this place and bringing my car here.
