I drove down to San Angelo in June to visit my husband who is currently in training down there. About 77 miles outside of the base, the air conditioning in my car went out. We took our Honda CR-V to this service shop the next morning to see what had happened. They called to tell us it was issues with the compressor and a whole bunch of other things (we aren't mechanics, so we never know what they are talking about). They convinced us that a bunch of things needing replacing/fixing, to the tune of a $1700+ bill. They also told us that our CR-V brake pads were in dire need of replacing (flagging the front pads as being in the "red" and the rear pads in the "yellow" and even wrote down what they were measuring at. Since we had already spent so much on getting the A/C fixed, we decided to wait on the brake pads.

Here we are a month and a half later and I took my CR-V in to my local Honda dealership/service center to get the brake pads replaced (which I was led to believe were in such terrible condition). I get a call from one of the service center workers saying that whoever told us the brake pads needed replacing was incorrect and that they were probably just trying to hustle us, and that they weren't even measuring close to the point where they would need to be replaced. This makes me feel like the service center in San Angelo totally took us for our money! I hate to think they do this to their customers, but it was very upsetting to hear that this morning. I hope they enjoy their $1700+!

Good price. They did not do a good job of showing us all of the features of the van. The guy seemed rushed. It was very hot!

My wife and I have purchased many vehicles from Honda and we like to go visit at times with our salesman. We are always treated kindly and respectfully during our visit.

Very poor. I got there just after nine and he kept me waiting ALL day. Just kep saying that its almost ready. Then tells me at 4 PM that the pickup I bought YESTERDAY is not ready, that they need to order parts for it, BUT would not tell me what what was wrong with it. Says he will drive the pickup to me tomorrow however, he never asked for directions to my house which is not in San Angelo and GPS will not get him to my home. Nevermind the fact that there won't be any mechanics on duty on a Saturday. After we get this pickup you will have lost a customer.

Service was friendly and fast. I just wish they would have offered me a coke while I was waiting like they have before.
