He knows within 5 minutes of sitting in a car, where that car has been, and what type of abuse it may have had or a variety of other Bob red flags. I trust his opinion completely, no questions asked!

However there is another side of this story. Patience is important on finding the right car for you, as I learned my lesson first hand. I have bought great cars from Bob before and they were all PERFECT. I recently needed a car for my daughter and asked Bob to look at the upcoming auction. He reported " I did not find anything that was just right for you". Then 4th of July comes along, my daughter finds a car in Houston she really wanted, I did as much due diligence as I could, asking questions of the owner, etc. So we met the owner in San Antonio to make the purchase. Sure enough it was what my daughter wanted, but not AT ALL as advertised. I made a great deal, but I did not get a Bob car. Never again will I try to be a professional or save a few bucks when it comes to buying a quality used car.I will leave it up to an expert, like Bob. Lesson learned..............again!
Bob and Susan are the nicest people. That turns into being a great, honest business that will not jack up car prices and Bob is very picky on what he puts on his lot.
