I came in looking to buy a car on February 28. A guy by the name of Sergio (apparently the top car salesman) took my information and ran my credit (as usual) and confirmed with me that they had a bank for and that I would be put in the Kia Optima (my choice car). Sergio told me to come back the next day (Wednesday) so that we could finalize the paperwork after speaking with the bank. I returned the next day to find out that Sergio was off that day. Someone spoke with Sergio who told me to come back the next day and that he would be here. I came back the next day (Thursday) only to find out that Sergio was off, again. Long story short, I ended up speaking to a different saleman who ran my credit again only to tell me that I would not be able to get a car. Jonathan did his absolute best to help correct Sergio doing, but unfortunately we were not about to get a car in our price range. If you do go here, I strongly recommend talking to Jonathan.
Been taking my car here for regular maintenance since I bought it about 2 years ago. The service department is prompt and very professional. When a part did not come in on time they arranged for transportation and made sure that my day went as smoothly as possible.
We were shopping around for a used vehicle and were specifically interested in a Hyundai or a Honda. We were helped by Kristen Fallis at Car Town Hyundai. She was very knowledgeable about the Hyundais and was incredibly helpful. Although we decided on purchasing a different vehicle at another dealership, I would recommend her based on her knowledge and her professionalism.

Kristen was so great to work with! She was honest and up front about the car that we were looking at, she wasn't pushy at all but she made sure we knew all the information that we needed to make the right decision on our car!
