This was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. I was in communication for sometime with "B" the salesman. I wanted a manual focus and got it for the price I wanted. They removed the dealer add on and B delivered the vehicle to Brownwood for me. I got a hell of a deal for $10775 for a new vehicle and a decent interest rate of 7.24, it was just slightly higher than what I wanted, but I had my CU ready to refi it immediately, which maintained the factory rebates. Overall great experience.

This was my fourth new truck from Jim Bass Ford. Each buying experience has met my expectations. The sales personnel have always been extremely helpful and willing to assist. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. From truck selection, test drive, sales discussion, and final financing options, all were positive experience. When in the future i need another truck, i will definitely visit Jim Bass Ford again.
If you make an appointment for service or repairs, do it on the phone or in person. If you do it online they won't know you're coming - even if you have a confirmation e-mail. I've had problems with the every time I used them. Most recently I was there at 7 a.m., as indicated on my confirmation e-mail, but no one knew I had an appointment. They asked me to come back the next day. I made an appointment, but decided enough was enough and will take my business elsewhere. Why have online communications if no one is monitoring them?

We bought a 2017 F-150 from Chris Deleon 11-25-17. I never write reviews, but had such a great experience that I felt like I needed to share it. Chris was so nice and very knowledgeable about the truck we bought. He never was pushy or acted like " A used car salesman". He gave us the information we needed and answered all of our questions and never tried to push us into buying. We have bought many cars over the last 35 years and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. We will definitely recommend him to all of our friends and buy from Jim Bass again.
