Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. Nobody would help us. First guy took us out on the lot & dumped us. Said if we needed anything he'd be in the office. Second guy came by & asked if anybody was helping us. We told him he left us here & went back to the office & never came back. (We had lots of questions). He said he'd finish up with his customer & be right back to help us. He never came back. We gave up and as we were leaving a third guy came walking by and asked if we were being helped. I said sort of but he's not interested in helping us. He said "Sort of? Hmmmm" and just kept on walking. That is two sales your "fine" sales staff has missed out on, all because they were too lazy to show us around & answer our questions. Our son is buying this week & my husband a little later on, but not from Fun Town. Too bad, so sad. Minus 5 stars is your real rating from us!
From start to finish Art Ross meet and exceeded our expectations. It's nice when you are listened to by staff. I had five other dealerships close to me but I drove four hours because Art and Fun RV listened; they have a great selection, knowledge, competitive pricing and professionalism a buyer should get. I'm excited with my purchase and had fun doing it.
Wouldn't recommend buying a RV from here even from my worst enemy. They fill you up with promises and then let you down. I had to contact the VP of the company just to get a call back to PURCHASE a RV from the finance department. Then when you buy the RV finance makes you feel like you are a crazy person who makes up stories. Try somewhere else this place isn't worth it. The only good thing about this company is Zane. He really does care about the company and goes out of his way to try and fix every problem.
Being a first time RV owner, I wanted to trade locally with a reputable RV dealer. Fun Town RV was the answer for me. From the Sales Professional to the Service Department, my questions were answered and my needs were met. Sales person David Martinez, did an outstanding job from the time I called to when we took delivery of our New RV. We visited and called several dealerships as we had done our research and knew what make and model we wanted, well consequently none of the other dealerships seemed to care, they made us feel as if we were just a number to them. David immediately took the time to hear what we wanted and even though it was closing time he gave us his personal phone number and he answered questions later that evening.
