We needed a car quick since my car was totalled and so we stopped in here. A guy took down a ton of notes of what we were looking for and our numbers and stated he would get back to us with some options and NEVER called back. We had just moved to the area and he clearly didn't need our business or care enough to give us a courtesy call back. So we went to Mitchell instead and it was the best decision we ever made. They not only returned phone calls, but helped to find the perfect car. I wouldn't recommend Jim Bass to anyone in San Angelo.
