Tried to sell me a car and lie about a warning light. They just disabled the light and lied about it. Nice try.
Went in for an oil change and to check a tire pressure indicator. Since it was my first time the oil change was free as per their commercial so definately not a gimmick. After the 20 pt inspection they indicated that I should change the air filter and do a tire rotation which i agreed to btw I was not pressured to do it. At the end of it I also got a general car wash for free so overall very pleased with the service.
So I went to the dealer ship right before closing and was approached by a sales associate. Immideately I was approached as expected. I was blown away at the attentive, and helpful attitude.....Let's see how this ends up......

Just called to get simple information on the sales weekend deals today, and couldn't get a response......The secretary put me on hold for a few minutes just to have her ask me ,"where can I direct your call?" Again! I understand it's 30 minutes prior to closing but heck! I just wanted some general information. I asked her about good credit, bad credit, trade ins, if they take vehicles that been payed off completely, etc.
Went to dealership Saturday 8/12 before noon. Chaz was the dealer that first talked to me. He was a nice guy but had very little knowledge of the vehicles or process. I asked for a car fax report, never got it. After sitting around for 2 hours with no feedback, I went and talked to the sales manager, Eric I believe. Apparently Chaz never told him I was trying to trade in our vehicle for a new one. So 2 hours in, they finally start actually working on my deal. Of course up front they said they would make it work and get me an amazing deal! Well 3 hours later, they low ball me for our 2015 Prius, and wouldn't budge on either vehicles price. Basically wasted 3 hours of my day. So much for a liquidation sale.
