Spent the after noon with Oz. He showed us several trucks and answered all our questions. He was very helpful and patient. We never felt rushed or pressured. I usually have very little patience with car salesmen. Most are too pushy and fake. Honestly Oz seemed like family or an old friend. He visited with us as we test drove trucks. Let us take our time in making our decision. I love my new truck, it was a perfect fit for me. We'll definitely be seeing him again for our next purchase and You should too!

I arrived at Mitchell GMC when it was pouring down rain. Oz Martinez was the first and only salesman to come outside, answer my questions and show me vehicle. I was impressed with Oz for coming out to speak to me in the rain when the other dealership wouldn't. I was also happy that Mitchell GMC accepted both my 2000 Corvette and 2006 F150 as trade ins. The Corvette was a very pretty car but it had been previously wrecked. Also, another dealership told me they couldn't accept the car as trade in just due to the fact that it was a 17 year old vehicle and nobody would want it. I got the truck I wanted within the payment range that I wanted and it was a quick and painless process. Needless to say I was very happy with my experience at Mitchell GMC and with Oz Martinez.
